We are looking for someone with a great team attitude, is motivated, and has excellent communication skills. Ideally someone who would like to learn the trade with on the job training from experts in their field. We are willing to train a candidate that wants to learn about the business.

 

Responsibilities include working with your hands:

• Sanding, drilling, cutting, painting, and producing signs.

• Additional work as assigned.

PAINTER

Responsibilities include:

• Mixing and applying paint to sign panels.
• Dimensional letters, and custom signs.
• Additional work as assigned (assisting in the shop).

 

Requirements:

• Experience with sign, or automotive painting.
• Experience working with HVLP spray guns and paint booth.
• Knowledge of basic tools, assembly, and packaging.

Our broad portfolio of custom sign solutions address a wide variety of needs and challenges. We are looking to expand into new territories. As a business development representative, you will play a pivotal role in helping grow the business.


Responsibilities:

• Identify, create and maintain relationships with property management clientele who require our product and services.
• Lead generation and qualification by calling, meeting and developing relationships with property managers.
• Daily planning and research to identify and qualify potential clients, strategic cold calling, consultation meetings with prospects, create proposals and close business.
• Identification and participation in networking events.
• Sell the Company’s service offerings to prospective and existing clients, generate job orders, and negotiate pricing.
• Consistently and in a timely manner, document, and update activity in the company’s system.
• Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI Goals to ensure your success.


Requirements:

• 2+ years sales experience
• Passion for customer interaction
• Knowledge of CRM is a plus
